LEGAL / 01

Terms of use & sale

These terms describe the use of the MISORA online shop and the distance purchase process. This text is a substantive draft and must be completed with the business’s actual details before publication.

01

Seller identity

MISORA is operated by [LEGAL NAME / LEGAL FORM], registered at [FULL POSTAL ADDRESS], VAT No. [VAT NO.], Tax Office [TAX OFFICE], GEMI No. [GEMI, IF APPLICABLE], email [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] and telephone [TELEPHONE]. These details must be replaced and checked before the shop accepts orders.

02

Scope

By accessing the website, you can browse its content and products. Every purchase is governed by the terms displayed at the time the order is placed, together with the product information, the shipping policy and the returns policy. Any term that restricts mandatory consumer rights does not apply to the extent that it conflicts with the law.

03

Products and information

The main characteristics, quantity, ingredients and directions for use of each product are provided on its product page and on its actual packaging. In case of any discrepancy or uncertainty, contact us before you buy. Photos show the product, but minor differences in appearance may occur depending on your screen.

Cosmetics are intended for use in accordance with their labelling. The information on this site does not constitute a medical diagnosis or a therapeutic promise.

04

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in euros, and the final amount, including applicable taxes and shipping costs, is displayed before you place a binding order. Availability is confirmed during the ordering process. If a product cannot be delivered, the business will inform the customer and honour their statutory rights.

05

Placing and confirming your order

The customer selects products, reviews the basket, fills in the required details and sees a summary of the key information and the total cost before submitting. The final purchase button must clearly indicate an obligation to pay. After submission, a confirmation is sent on a durable medium, such as email, with the order details and the applicable terms.

The screens in this frontend preview are a design sample only: selecting “Continue” does not conclude a contract, create an order or make a charge.

06

Payment and delivery

The intended payment options are card via Viva, cash on delivery and bank transfer, provided they are enabled in the final shop. The final charges and restrictions of each method will be shown before purchase.

Delivery areas, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown on the Shipping page and at checkout. Our commercial terms include free shipping within Greece for orders over 60€.

07

Withdrawal and legal guarantee

As a rule, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, subject to the legal exceptions and the procedure described on the Returns & withdrawal page. Independently of this, the consumer retains the rights provided for products that do not conform to the contract.

08

Account and proper use

If the final shop allows accounts, the user must provide accurate details and protect their login credentials. Use that obstructs the operation of the site, infringes third-party rights or attempts unauthorised access is not permitted. Whether purchases can be made as a guest or with an account will be determined in the final checkout.

09

Content, data and communication

Texts, images, trade marks and other content are protected by the respective rights of their holders. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and the use of storage technologies in the Cookie Policy. For questions or requests about a purchase, the customer may use the stated contact details.

10

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Greek law, without limiting the protection afforded to consumers by mandatory provisions applicable to them. Before taking legal action, the parties may seek an amicable resolution through customer service or a competent out-of-court dispute resolution body, where applicable.

11

Changes to terms

The business may update these terms for future transactions. Orders already placed are governed by the version made available to the customer at the time they were submitted. The date and version of the final text will be shown on the page.
